All rentals are month to month, with a 30-day vacancy notice required. Rent is due the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 8th of the month will incur a $25 late fee. A security deposit of one-month rent plus a $25 key deposit is due at time of signing. Deposits will be returned within 30 days of vacating premises presuming unit is undamaged, and swept out.
